How Topside Attic Insulation Came to Leander
We opened this branch in 2016, the same year the parent company started up north. The founder, a blower-door technician who’d spent years watching crews blow fiberglass over leaky attic floors, had built something we wanted to bring home. He holds the state license required to perform insulation and air-sealing work in Texas, carries the insurance and bonding that lets homeowners sleep easy, and has spent the last ten years learning the specific ways Leander-area homes leak energy: the vented cathedral ceilings in newer construction, the original ranch homes in Old Town Leander with their unsealed top plates, the additions in Travisso where different building eras meet and create thermal bridges.
